With this extension, you can save yourself and others from all that hassle. Copy URL With Hash is a very useful add-on for Chrome and Firefox that lets you quickly copy the URL of any webpage with a hash at the end. 

To use it, simply right-click on the element that you want to share.  Then, click the “Copy Page URL With Hash.” The link you will send to others will automatically lead them to the part of the element you selected.
